Together with Krzysztof, we planned the demolition of almost all partition walls and a new functional layout. It was possible due to the changed location of the plumbing risers throughout the tenement house. The kitchen was moved to the living room as a kitchenette and a small bedroom was proposed in its place. A loft wall separates the bedroom from the living room. It was quite a challenge to fit all the functions into a small area (31m2).

The modern vintage style is combined with the loft style, terrazzo with quartz sinter, wood with metal. The investor is not afraid of color and original solutions. Selected dominant colors are bottle green (in the living area), navy blue (in the night area), black and white. Chevron parquet has been chosen for the floor of the rooms, while the floors in the bathroom, kitchen and hall will be decorated with original Italian terrazzo tiles.
