Marta i Tomek kupili 3 mieszkania deweloperskie w jednej inwestycji, na jednym piętrze. Projektowanie i proces remontu takiego „pakietu” to z pewnością duża oszczędność dla Inwestorów i ułatwienie dla Wykonawcy, a projektowo spore wyzwanie. Klientom zależało na znalezieniu optimum pomiędzy nowoczesnym, uniwersalnym wystrojem wnętrz a wytworzeniem indywidualnego klimatu każdego z 3 mieszkań. Celem było połączenie dobrych jakościowych materiałów wykończeniowych – paneli winylowych, licznych zabudów na wymiar, armatury i ceramiki, z budżetowymi meblami ruchomymi i oprawami oświetleniowymi.
W największym z mieszkań na wynajem o powierzchni 52m2, przeznaczonym dla pary lub rodziny, dominują 3 bazowe kolory: biel, czerń oraz głęboki granat, powtarzający się w zabudowach meblowych z tapicerowanymi akcentami sofy i fotelu biurowego w kolorze miedzianym. Białe i granatowe meble przełamane są przez czarne metalowe dodatki: ramę lustra, nóżki sofy, stolik kawowy, konsolę, uchwyty.
Mieszkanie względem układu proponowanego przez dewelopera nie wymagało znaczących zmian – wyburzona została jedynie część ściany i otwór drzwiowy do salonu na wprost wejścia. W strefie dziennej został stworzony czytelny podział na część kuchenną i wypoczynkową, natomiast w sypialni powstało poza pojemną szafą także miejsce do pracy przy oknie.

Marta and Tomek bought 3 developer apartments in one investment, on one floor. The design and finishing process of such a „package” brings certainly considerable savings for the Investors and is a simplification for the Contractor. It is also a considerable challenge in terms of the architectural design. The clients wanted to strike a compromise between modern, universal interior design and creating an individual atmosphere for each of the 3 apartments. The goal was to combine quality finishing and numerous custom-made furniture with budget mobile furniture and lighting fixtures.
The largest of the 3 apartments for rent, with an area of 52m2, has been designed for a couple or a family. It is dominated by 3 basic colors: white, black and navy blue, with accents of a sofa and an office armchair in copper. Numerous black metal accessories were used: mirror frame, sofa legs, coffee table, console, handles.
Compared to the layout proposed by the developer, the apartment did not require significant changes – only a part of the wall and the door opening to the living room opposite the entrance were demolished. In the living area, a clear division into the kitchen and seating areas has been created, while in the bedroom there is a spacious wardrobe, as well as a place to work by the window.
